We offer free postage within the UK on all our products unless stated otherwise. The couriers we use may also include DHL, Yodel, TnT, Amazon and FedEx.
Additional postage costs will be incurred to some areas.

Dispatch Times – We normally dispatch orders within 24 hours (Mon – Fri only). Once an order is confirmed, we process orders and post them out to the customer. Most of our goods are shipped from our warehouse however some items may be shipped from other locations as well. Goods normally take 2-5 working days if not otherwise advised in the product listing (delivery dates are specified for each individual product) but please allow up to 14-21 days for delivery in case of postal delays and international postage.

Items will be dispatched to the address as listed on your eBay account. Amendments made through PayPal or via email will not be accepted, under any circumstances, however, we may be able to amend such information on behalf of customers only if the order has not been shipped.

We advise you to keep the packaging when the courier delivers the item to you should you wish to return the item for whatever reason.
If you live in a block of flats or apartments, our courier will be able to take the item upstairs into your flat/apartment but only if there are lifts in the building.

Returns:
For your peace of mind we offer a 14 day return policy. Returns accepted only if the contents of the product are missing or damaged. If the buyer chooses not to keep the item for any other reason and wants to return, an administration cost will be applied as well as the return postage. Returned postage must be paid for by the buyer. Moreover the buyer can only claim a return within 14 days after receiving the item.
In case of refunds, a refund will only be issued once the item has been received and inspected by us. This process can usually take up to 4-8 working days. Please note that the item must be returned to us in the condition that it was sent out along with the original/correct packaging.
